Heddon Street

Looking for somewhere to eat or to have a coffee after a long day of shopping in Central London? Heddon Street is the perfect place: a hidden little road crossing the crowded and enormous Regent’s Street offering coffees, bars and restaurants.

“A hidden little road crossing the crowded Regent’s Street.”

The atmosphere is really special and magic, giving the impression that you are in a little village instead of in the middle of Mayfair.

I strongly advice you to go there during the Christmas period, when everything is illuminated and lounge music and Christmas carols float in the air.

Heddon Street, even within its small size proposes many choices for different tastes.

There is one gourmet restaurant of the famous firm Gordon Ramsay’s. Prices are a bit expenses but it is an ideal place to bring family or for a special occasion.

Also a bit expensive, but definitely somewhere to go at least once when living in London is the Ice Bar.

It is a funny experience to enter this below 0 temperature place, where they give you coats and furs and where you can enjoy delicious and special cocktails.

The others restaurants are for different tastes and cultures, from the French Brasserie Aubaine to the vegan restaurant Tibits. The best thing to do is to follow your envies and just choose what tempts you as you are walking past this beautiful street.

The nearest station to assess Heddon Street is Oxford circus and it only takes 5 minutes by walk.
