Bonfire Night

It definitely is a must do in London, because who does not like fireworks?

There are many bonfire in London. We chose to go to the Scout Park bonfire because it had great reviews.

If you want to get in the park, you should absolutely buy your tickets in advance or arrive early. The fireworks start at 7:30 pm and before that, you can enter a nice fair with music and food stands to share some joy while waiting for the fireworks to blow.

Even though Scout Park was full when we arrived, we were still able to see the fireworks very well from the street! You will see that they are really impressive. Indeed, they aren’t launched very high in the sky! You feel surrounded and get the impression that they are really close above your head.

After this amazing 30 min show in the sky, we sat in a warm place called: “Springfield Bar & Grill” to have dinner. The place is cozy and charming. It has a bar, a fact that could be an interesting one if you are above eighteen! It also has two big screens for the english supporters to rather loudly support their team.

The prices are not too high and the food is of good quality. The menu is varied and goes from English plates and desserts to Asian food. A hot chocolate was also welcomed to warm us up before confronting the cold once again. We had a great time!
